By booking services with KR Mint Solutions, a brand of KDG Consulting Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our," "KR Mint"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming a booking.

1. Services

KR Mint Solutions provides post-event cleaning, trash removal, venue reset, commercial cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in the Greater Richmond, Virginia area. Specific scope, package details, and pricing for your booking will be confirmed in writing before service begins.

2. Booking and Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service, prior to crew dispatch or upon job completion as specified at booking.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash. Card and digital wallet payments are processed securely via Square.

3. Pricing and Estimates

All prices listed on our website, in our quote calculator, and in promotional materials are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed at booking after we review your venue details, guest count, and scope. Pricing may be adjusted in the following circumstances:

• Time overage beyond the scheduled hours billed at $150 per hour.
• Scope expansion at your request once on-site (additional rooms, deeper cleaning, decor breakdown beyond what was quoted).
• Hazardous waste, biohazard cleanup, or pest issues not disclosed at booking.
• Holiday, same-day, and overnight surcharges as listed on our pricing page.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 7+ days before event: Free rescheduling. Deposit may be transferred to a new date subject to availability.
• 3–6 days before event: Rescheduling allowed; 25% rescheduling fee may apply.
• Less than 72 hours before event: Cancellations forfeit the full deposit.
• Day-of cancellations or no-access situations: Full booking amount becomes due.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event details (guest count, venue layout, scope) at booking.
• Ensure our crew has safe, legal access to the venue at the agreed-upon time.
• Disclose any hazards, biohazards, or special conditions before service begins.
• Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal property before our crew arrives.
• Comply with venue rules, building access requirements, and any required insurance certificates.

6. Insurance and Liability

KR Mint Solutions carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request. We are responsible for damage caused by our crew's negligence during the course of service.

We are not responsible for: pre-existing damage, normal wear, items intentionally left in trash by guests, damage caused by structural defects in the venue, or losses caused by inaccurate information provided at booking. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

7. Photos and Marketing

We may take photos of the venue before, during, or after our service for quality control and portfolio purposes. We will not photograph identifiable guests, personal belongings, or sensitive event details. Photos used in marketing will be limited to general venue conditions. If you do not want any photos taken at your event, please notify us in writing before service begins.

8. Disputes

If you have a concern with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion at info@krmintsolutions.com so we can address it. We commit to good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree that any legal action will be filed in Richmond, Virginia, and governed by Virginia state law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking govern that specific booking.
